Espacio público - ciudad creativa\n\n\nEl debate abierto sobre la puesta en valor del legado histórico del patrimonio industrial en diferentes ciudades del mundo suscita interrogantes y una gran diversidad de planteamientos posibles en cuanto a sus usos potenciales y su integración urbana dentro de los planes estratégicos de las ciudades. Este enfoque sobre la recuperación de espacios industriales ha experimentado un gran auge en las tres últimas décadas debido a varios factores:\n\n1. La creciente concienciación por el mantenimiento y conservación del patrimonio edificado y los problemas derivados del incremento de bienes.\n2. La crisis económica que afecta a antiguas empresas que no tienen más opción que abandonar su actividad productiva generando amplias zonas "terrain vague".\n3. Las políticas que incentivan la rehabilitación de áreas urbanas degradadas como estrategia de cohesión territorial y social.\n4. La demanda de colectivos profesionales o ciudadanos de espacios donde desarrollar actividades creativas y de carácter comunitario.\n5. La discusión sobre las industrias creativas que se suelen tener en cuenta como grupo destinatario para estos espacios industriales y a quienes se les adjudica un papel estratégico dentro del posicionamiento de las creative cities.\n\nCon un enfoque abiertamente transversal\, este curso sobre los espacios industriales históricos en el medio urbano se plantea como un análisis de carácter aproximativo aplicado a un estudio de caso en la ciudad de Sevilla que será contrastado con otras experiencias internacionales de Zurich y Hong Kong.\n\nSe pretende posibilitar que las estrategias de proyecto y el posicionamiento teórico sobre la intervención tengan un carácter eminentemente aplicado tanto en lo que se refiere a su concreción teórica como formal.\n\nPara ello se proponen una serie de actividades docentes compuestas por visitas guiadas\, conferencias de contexto y especializadas\, así como información sobre estudios de caso relacionados con la intervención en espacios industriales.\nTodo ello en un planteamiento metodológico en el que serán parte sustancial las aportaciones de todos los participantes en el curso.\n\nESTRUCTURA GENERAL DE CONTENIDOS\n¿Ciudades creativas o ciudadanos creativos?\nLas estrategias de gestión en los espacios industriales.\nLa transciudad que sobrepasa el Centro Histórico.\nEl centro histórico como nodo creativo de innovación.\nLa periferia urbana y sus nuevas centralidades.\nLos modelos de gestión patrimonial en los sistemas industriales desactivados.\nLos reciclajes y la generación de programas de reactivación.\nLa participación de los ciudadanos y los colectivos sociales.\n¿Cómo son las industrias creativas en la ciudad actual?\n¿Qué tipologías de industrias creativas podemos identificar?\n¿Cómo se ha de producir la relación con las estructuras informales?\n\n \n\nInternational Congress SEVILLA - ZÚRICH - HONG KONG. Public space - creative city\n\nThe open debate on the enhancement of the historical heritage of the Industrial legacy in cities around the world raises questions and a wide variety of approaches possible in terms of their potential uses and urban integration within the urban strategic plans. This approach to the recovery of industrial sites has increased in the past three decades due to several factors:\n\n1. Incrised awareness for the maintenance and conservation of the built heritage and the problems arising from the increase in assets.\n2. The economic crisis affecting old companies with no choice but to abandon their productive activity generating large areas "terrain vague".\n3.
